Relieving Stress

At one point or another you probably have faced stressful situations in College. At tomorrow's meeting (April 19th) we will be discussing different ways to handle this stress. Join us at 12:00PM in VEC 110 for the presentation, and then head over to the Outpost for National Stress Day from 12pm to 2pm:

"Active Minds presents National Stress Day. Come de-stress before finals. Enjoy fun activities, freebies, snacks, massages, bubbles, music, raffles and much more. Learn more about mental health awareness, there will be also be resources.Bring yourself and friends!!!!!
