    NASA Internship, Fellowships, Scholarship Online Fair  

Wednesday, Feb 17 10:00 - 1:30 PM

Learn more about the various internships, fellowships and scholarships that NASA has to offer! Join their online fair and take advantage of this chance to network and get tips from NASA representatives & former interns. Check out the flyer attached for more info.


    Edison E-week Open House  

Friday, Feb 26 10:00am - 1:00pm | Pomona Innovation Village

Southern California Edison will be having an open house to celebrate Engineer’s Week. Learn more about the exciting projects they’re working on and have a chance to connect with professionals! Space is limited so RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline is Wednesday, February 24th.


    Engineering Girls at the Beach Day  

Friday, Mar 18 7:00am - 3:00pm

SWE is having our annual outreach event, EG@BD, where we invite 150 elementary school girls to come on campus and introduce them to STEM through various workshops hosted by faculties. We are currently looking for volunteers to help make this event possible! Contact Ijya at outreach@csulbswe.org if you would like to be a part of this great event!


    Junior/Senior MESA Day  

SAT Mar 12 8:00am - 2:00pm | SAT Mar 26 8:00am - 2:00pm | SAT April 8 8:00am - 2:00pm

Volunteer with SWE! Join us in volunteering for the upcoming MESA days; this festival aims to promote STEM by engaging middle school students in fun competitions, activities and events! Free lunch will be provided for volunteers. Mandatory orientation will be on March 11 from 2 - 4 PM in EN2 200. The results are in!! SWE would like to welcome our new Fundraising Chair, Diana Nguyen, and our new AESB Representative, Orzala Omar! We’re excited to have you on the team!


 Associate Manufacturing Engineer Job Opportunity

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson and Johnson Company, currently have several positions available for entry level engineers. This company focuses on joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, sports medicine, and biomaterials. The position is open for those with Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.  SWE-et Committee

There will be another committee meeting this Friday, February 19th from 12-1pm in EN2 102. Get involved with SWE! Join the SWE-et committee to learn more about how SWE works and shadow your favorite officer position. This week’s meeting will work on decorations for the Mr. and Ms. Engineering Pageant.  Rube Goldberg Designs

Our Rube Goldberg project is well under way! If you missed the first meeting, notes will be posted up on our website. Our project manager have started collecting steps design so if you have an idea, send your 3-steps and materials list to project.manager@csulbswe.org by Friday, February 19th!
